Pessimists at Narzar would be Naysayers ==================================== and an RIP for Mr Apollo NASA PIONEER ABE SILVERSTEIN DIES AT 92 JUNE 1, 2001 - NASA pioneer Abe Silverstein, who came up with the name Apollo for the missions that put the first man on the moon, has died after suffering from congestive heart failure for many years. He was 92. According to NASA, Silver- stein also directed efforts leading to the Mercury space flights while working for NASA's predecessor, the National Advisory Committee for Aeronautics.
