I find business accounts are a hassle for low volume for me too as a
customer.  Setting one up usually requires bank references and lots of
paperwork that wastes a lot of time.  I find a business credit card usually
works very well.  No hassles, just supply the credit card number with the
order.  I have an American Express small business card, but I think other
companies offer similar things.  The other good thing is that American
Express will go to bat for you in case of problems.
