If you get the R13 acad programfiles it will run with that dongle, from what I rem
it isnt locked to a special dongle. And I think the lic is tied to the dongle so
it would be legit to use/sell it too. (I am not 100% sure about that)

And the combination laptops-dongle isnt too much fun... Just imagine
carrying around on a dongle tree for acad, mastercam, solidworks etc etc...
