Hmm, I'd have to alter my programmer to use the extra memory. Also DigiKey is a US company. I do not know of a good UK company. The company I currently use don't have a big variety of products. Shame really. The Pic16f628/04p is 5 pence cheaper than the 16f84 at my place. They also do not sell a 20MHz version. That's a shame really as I could really do with a 20MHz version.
