So did my wife, and so did a friend of hers. It was sent out by my wife's sister. My wife has sent jokes to all of us. It appears that the virus landed on my wife's sister's computer, then scanned everything (not just the address book) looking for things that looked like email addresses, and sending stuff on to everyone. So, the person who sent you the virus may have had your email address in an message header they had received.
