1/4 CD4093 ( cmos schmitt trigger, inverter ) 1 capacitor, 1 resistor
capacitor to ground from both inputs, resistor from output to inputs.
For variable pulse lenght ( on and off ) separe the charging and
discharging capacitor circuit with 2 diodes and 2 resistors like in 555
astable mode.=20
