Are you serious? I would not want to carry your liability insurance with
that attitude. I do not know what your product does, but it better not be
possible to damage life, limb or property.

If you reprogramm a device and it fails to write properly, what are the
chances of it operating in a manner that does serious damage resulting in
BIG lawsuits.
