As the subject line, what is the least expensive micro with  BOR/reset
circuits and WDT?

8 pins is enough, 16 or so would be fine too.. an 8-bit A/D or an
analog comparator would be worth an extra dime or so. Anything out
there that is < $1.00 (US) a thousand or two at a time?  I don't
care about the 500K price, the quantities are not that large for this
mind-numbingly simple job.

- The MC68HC705KJ1 ~0.90/1K but no BOR and needs a clock resonator
- The Z8E000 is about the same price, but perhaps less available..
- The ST6203 seems to be unobtainable
- The 12C508A is about 80 cents, but requires external BOR, but has int.
clock.
- The ATtiny11 (supposedly 49 cents in large quantity) seems well > $1.00 and
  lacks the features needed..
- 8051 variants are more than 1.00
