One place to look is the web site for PCB Design Magazine www.pcdmag.com
which has a printed circuit buyers guide listing a few dozen
manufacturers.

Some initial questions:
What part of the world are you in?
How fast do you need the boards?
How many boards do you want?
Is there anything odd about the boards (square holes, gold fingers, very
thin or thick etc.)?
Do you want the board house to test the boards?
