Your sensors are ok, the temperature range is -55 to +150 centigrade
degrees, and the slope is 10.0 mV/Deg, starting at 0V = -55 deg:

0V is -55 deg.
0.70V is 15 deg.
2.1V is 155 deg.

this makes sense ?  :)
