Hello Jerry, it's much better to continue here, because the tech tools list server puts the mailed from address as the name of the person who sent it, not the list, so i can't in-box filter the messages into a tech tools list folder like i can with the piclist. As for the grid, I never did try to resize it, call me lazy, I guess my patience wore out when i saw it. As for the bad download, that's not it, because i downloaded the beta 2 on a competely virgin machine and installed it fine onto windows 2000 professional, and i brought in only the SRC file, not the project, and made a new project file, and still got the same problem. Then I installed v4.1 on the same machine and had no problems. Could be anything... any ideas? -----Original Message----- From: pic microcontroller discussion list [mailto:PICLIST@MITVMA.MIT.EDU]On Behalf Of Jerry Merrill Sent: Monday, July 23, 2001 9:25 AM To: PICLIST@MITVMA.MIT.EDU Subject: Re: [PIC]: KNOWN BUGS WITH TDE v4.2 BETA 2 !!! Read this if you use that tool! Ron: I'll post this to both lists for continuity and then we can continue on the TechTools list. This is all VERY strange. This IS how the resize works; change one column width and they ALL change to match...same with ROWs. Only one stretch operation in each dimension sets the entire grid. I think you got a bad download/install/copy or Gremlins are in your computer :) Lets try the fresh install (perhaps even a fresh download since you had some problems there as well.)
