Ron:
No; you do not have to do any renaming.

Verify that your really are running BETA _2_ (HELP/ABOUT/TDE).  This sounds
like the bug we fixed in BETA 1.  If NOT, you might be using an old
short-cut or Windows might be playing some caching games with you.

If you ARE running BETA 2, then I'd like to look at your setup.  It would
help if you could email the following files to me privately:
PROJECT (*.TPR), tdemake.bat and if possible your source.
