Did you call a Newark rep and explain your situation?  I've never been in
such a situation but my experience with their service has been good.  If
they really are affiliated then they should be able to work something out.
Crack some heads together, talk to managers, etc. and see what happens.

I think there's a bit of a hassle in shipping across borders, that's my
experience shipping to Canada.
