(i.e. > to have full screen on both monitors) Yes, set your 19" monitor to 800x600 when you run MPLAB, or get your 15" monitor to run at a higher resolution. Look at screen settings, 'advanced' to see if you can lower the adaptor refresh rate or go to interlace mode to get a higher resoloution yet stay within your older monitor's capabilities.
