I've never used a silver solder paste to compare the two but I have
no problems with tin/lead in a Multicore RM10 flux/medium. RM10
is intended for use in syringes, rather than screened. You may find
that easier and cheaper to get. I've used it with HAL, organic tin
and immersion gold PCB finishes and all flow well and give good
joints.
