The archives seem broken so I'll post my question here.

Is it all possible to insert a digital signal into a video signal for
wireless transmission with one of those wireless video transmitters? The
reason im asking is I want to send digital signals along with video and
audio signal but dont want to use two types of transmitters. If im dreaming
please let me know, or if I have the right idea please point me in the right
direction.
