Thank you kindly.  I found this earlier and gleaned what I could
from it. Lots of questions are posed in these references--most are
the same ones I have.  If the questions ever resulted in answers I

I happily accept that it's worth it to you and perhaps many or most
others on the list.  However, my humble opinion remains the same and
I'll not argue the point further.

In any event, do any of the planet's other 2199 best minds have
anything further they're willing to share regarding Subj (i.e., how
the heck does this work)? I've changed the Subject line to On-Chip
Debugging rather than In-Circuit Debugging because what I'm really
trying to figure out is how the PIC works in this environment so I
can write my own simple debugger.
