Hi Myke, While babelfish can be useful when trying to get an idea of what is being said, I would highly recommend that you get an actual person to translate your reply. Babelfish usually generates downright silly translations, which will often convey most of the meaning, but may change things around a bit to say smoething slighly different than what you wanted. For example, the babelfish translation in this case made it sound like he wanted his programmer replaced. In reality, all he was saying was that he was having trouble with it and was waiting for your reply. In short, Babelfish is great for trying to understand foreign web sites,etc., but using it for business communication is probably not a good idea. Because of your great service to the PIC community, there are many people here on the piclist who are willing to translate things for you at no charge, as you have seen.
