Has anyone on the list used the 16F628 port A in the comparator mode =
using PICBASIC PRO compiler? A line stating CMCON =3D 7 sets up the =
16F628 for digital inputs; other values for CMCON configure the device =
for various configurations of the two built-in comparators. I am =
required to detect a signal of a low amplitude (about 1 volt), and am =
hoping to use the built-in comparator, as against using an extrenal =
transistor, op-amp or a comparator.

Any advice, especially from PPB users, would be highly appreciated.
