I've recently been in contact with LSOFT support regarding the list members
who have had problems with digests.

They suggest trying the following commands (sent in the body of a message to
listserv@mitvma.mit.edu)

        SET PICList DIGEST NOMIME
or
        SET PICList DIGEST HTML

to see if that helps.

And have requested copies of the bad digests with full email headers. Please
forward them to me, and I will collect and send them to the support people.
