I tried to figure out how to program the 'f628, but wasn't able to get it
to work.  It would just draw a lot of current when the programming voltage
was raised high.

If you figure anything out, I'd love to hear about it.  Otherwise I am
looking toward a different PIC.  (16f877 I believe will work for my
application)
