It would appear to me to be a scam to sell worthless videos about impossible perpetual motion machines. "Nationally Famous Radio and TV Personality, Dennis Lee" is claimed to be in a Member of the International Inventors Hall of Fame. I did a couple of searches for the organization with no joy.
