Radio/battery/mechanical failures are frequent. Please don't misunderstand, they ARE a great deal of fun (and frustration not to mention the expense ;-O). It's just that 200+ MPH for something weighing 8 pounds and built like a lawn dart is an lawsuit waiting to happen.
