Hi,

I'm planning on seperating an LCD from the PIC and using I2C to communicate
between the two, the distance would be 1 metre at the absolute maximum and
there will be a mobile phone operating within 1 metre of the setup.

Is I2C up for this or should I look at a more robust connection such as RS-4xx?
