[boy, I just know I'm gonna get into trouble on this one ...]. I am in need of a very basic tool for reading I2C serial EEPROMs. Preferably some source code [or even hex file] I can simply program into an 'F84/'F877/whatever that does nothing more than read the stored data and send it to a host PC via RS232. Nothing more. Probably 200 lines of free, uncumbered open-source code. ;-) Basically, all I want to do is have an "independent" check on the algorithms that I have developed for a project. In and out in 30 seconds, nothing fancy. Anyone know where I can find this? best regards, - from dan michaels [in O-S hell] ====================================== -- http://www.piclist.com hint: The PICList is archived three different ways.
