I live in Brazil. Why do you need an H bridge? Do you need to reverse quickly? If not then it might be cheaper to use a relay to reverse the motor. Then you could use a single FET to control the motor using PWM. I'm working on such a design at the moment, and probably will use a LTC1624 or maybe a CS4124 from On semiconductors.
