Or start your own group, there are free places to do it (good luck in getting the critical mass(mind) of people that PICLIST has, though). I'd rather any ideas we have submitted for public consideration were made available with attribution rather than used as background information for a book, where the author would be under no obligation to give credit. Whether that's on a $$ CD, subscription off a web site, or free off a web site makes little difference.
