(You may have even been the person who posted the original message.) At any rate: It doesn't sound like there's anything weird about your 16F84. Running the WDT can be expected to increase your current drain slightly. (I didn't recall the value either but my 16F84A data sheet lists 6uA typical, 20uA max for commercial parts at 4.0V Vdd) The original question related to an apparent *increase* in current when the WDT was *disabled* (which I don't believe has been explained yet).
