Thanks for the great suggestions guys! Especially the IR lamp idea below. That will also sooth my wrist rsi. If anyone else gets "mouse wrist" I can also recommend lots of milk and vitamin c. Usually fixes mine within a day or two. My right wrist cops lots of punishment, screwdriver use all day at work, mouse use all night, even my relaxation riding my motorbike involves twisting my right wrist to funny angles and hanging on for dear life!:o) And caffeine is bad, robs calcium from bones and joints.
