you surely couldn't be asking me :-)  :-)  :-)

I'm not sure I understand your problem.  Your wanting to use the prescaler
for both TMR0 and the WDT at the same time?  You can't do that.  Your saying
that "My timer 0 >IS< running ... 1 sec.." or are you saying that you WANT
your timer 0 to run ... 1 sec ..."?  What are you asking?
