Check the package the mouse came in - you should find a little green USB to PS2 adapter in there. Microsoft built the Intellimouse *right* - it senses what kind of connection is being used on power-up and switches between USB or PS2 mode automatically. Treat the mouse as a PS2 device and things should be a lot easier. dwayne Dwayne Reid Trinity Electronics Systems Ltd Edmonton, AB, CANADA (780) 489-3199 voice (780) 487-6397 fax Celebrating 17 years of Engineering Innovation (1984 - 2001) * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Do NOT send unsolicited commercial email to this email address.
