Hello I don't have the time right now to lookup all the details, but I use a P16F84A to control my tower mounted antenna switcher. I have just one coax to the tower and a telephone cable to talk between 2 pics, I bought RF relays at Dayton Hamfest years ago and it has been in operation without trouble for 3 years now.
