Thanks. I looked at that printer and its a little more 'complete' than I was hoping for. I am realy thinking about building the printer into my box so I would need just the printer mechanism and some sort of interface. I will check out the 16C774 though and see what it is all about. I am currenlty using a 16C67, but would change if it helped with development time. I've used a PIC16C774 with the serial-interface version of a Citizen model iDP3110 ticket printer. All that was needed was a MAX242 interface chip, a DB9 connector, and a cable.
