Anybody , please help!

I am trying to program a 16F628 with my P16PRO programmer, but each time I
disable low voltage programming in the configuration bits, and try to
program the pic, I blow the pic. It's not funny to 'blow' all that money in
one easy mouse click. It happened with 3 pics now already, and each time
it's the same problem. As long as I leave low voltage programming enabled, I
have no problem.
