Then this method has the added advantage of rejecting messages from people
that are too lazy to trim the message they are replying to.  Also note that
Outlook comes configured with "> " in front of original text by default.
Again, even if your mailer doesn't somehow mark original text unique from
reply text (which is obnoxious in itself), then you can (and should) still
trim the automatic signature from the bottom of the message.
