It was my favorite for sch editing but has a lot of leackage in pcb generation, one you've pointed right. But connecting AGND with GND routes in one point and generating a netlist for Tango, allowing this one to create a correct pcb after some optimisation. Of course manualy routing option is also available. Eagle has an interesting "blind" mechanism of making pcb from sch, it's nice and easy but editing the sch file it's a disaster, using and creating own library also...
