Hi Folks, I just wanted to let people know that the company responsible for binding "Programming and Customizing PICmicro(R) Microcontrollers" ran out of PCBs to be included with the book during the first printing and shipped almost 400 copies of the book without the PCB. I've heard from two people so far that have received books without the PCB. McGraw-Hill is setting up a process within their Customer Service organization to get PCBs out to customers or replacement copies of the book (which have the PCB). This should be available by the end of this week. If you have received a copy of the book with this problem, could you please drop me a line with your address (so a PCB can be sent to you directly) and the retailer that you got the book from so that their stock can be purged and have the PCBs added to them. Both McGraw-Hill and I apologize for any inconvenience this causes anybody and if you do have a problem book, please send me an email so I can get your name put at the top of the queue of people getting PCBs sent to them. myke -- http://www.piclist.com hint: The PICList is archived three different ways.
