Hi, better yet: when I was a child, the capacitance was also measured in cm (found in old radio receivers) (approximately equal to 1 pF). Such way, it was said, 1 F would equal to a ball with a diameter of 10 million km. And now you can buy so-called gold-caps, like a knob, with a capacity of 1 F.
