You may have a legitimate complaint about SUBWF.  But SUBLW does exactly
the right thing:  W := constant - W.

If you want W := W - constant, you can use ADDLW -constant.  If they had
made SUBLW do W := W - constant, it just would have been a waste of opcode
space.
