NEC lists some GaAs types good for up to 5/9/14GHz (divide by 2/4/8 depending

Here's a (claimed) divide by 1000 prescaler for 0.1-3.5GHz made with an
NEC UPB1507 (but the part is actually rated for 0.5 - 3GHz)
