Once you could build this circuit and use the free firmware to get a programmer compatible with my TM4 protocol (The protocol an a open source linux driver are on my web page under "links.") For a small amount you could purchase the 4LAB MPLAB chip for any and all types of TAIT programmers including the propic and the p16pro. However interest was so poor that I discontinued sales, still have most of the adapter PCBs working as dust magnets. I have not discontinued support for those who bought a 4LAB firmware chip and there is firmware available that supports all the latest PICs and the latest MPLAB version. I don't advertise or promote this but it is available for the asking as part of my obligation to those who parted with their hard earned my way. Sorry, I am not selling to new customers, only to those whom I can establish bought a TAIT style 4LAB chip originally. The same upgrades are available to owners of the PP1, reaper, prime-17 and WARP series of programmers. -Jim Robertson NEWFOUND ELECTRONICS NEWFOUND ELECTRONICS mailto:newfound@pipeline.com.au http://www.new-elect.com MPLAB compatible PIC programmers. -- http://www.piclist.com#nomail Going offline?
