If you actually want to buy a phone line simulator, Teltone makes a few
different models.  I use their TLS-5 all the time.  It simulates 4 lines each
with two phone numbers.

I only use the lines for voice communication, and have no idea how well they
will work with modems.

I'm configuring some PCs as VNC servers so that I can dial in for remote sys
admin. Unfortunately I don't have two phone lines at home anymore where I can
dial out on one and back in on the other.

Anyone have a circuit or links for a phone line simulator so I can hook the
