Hi, Jan! Well, I have not tested it, but maybe you can use the "Fluffy" programmer. It seems a good tool. It is based in a PIC16F84 which communicates with the PC using serial and/or parallel port (automatic detection). Can program PIC and Ubicom (formerly Scenix) microcontrollers.
