        You can do it with an...FAX CCD!!! If you know how to program that mess (I=
 never bothered to look for it), you have a linear ccd array more or less=
 the width of a 35mm film! You can even read the markings on the film to=
 determine the process to be applied on it :o)

        And yes, it's sensible to IR.

        Don't the film manufacturer publish the ir sensibility data? :oP
