I cant think of too many people who would be willing to touch something like that, although the FCC(here in the US) might have something to say about it. Seriously though, with no real injury(no evidence), where is the lawsuit. Especially, since an admission of trespassing as well as attempted theft would be necessary just to make a complaint.
