I don't know of any tools but take a look at Rabbit Semiconductors. They make a Z180 board (a Z80 derivative) with Ethernet that can run up to 33Mhz. I have the links around here some where for the ZX80 2000 version. A group of people got together and decided to build one with up to date parts.
