My second (accidentally sent) box of batteries came with an invoice
attached.  We're supposed to pay:

I'm not sure what will happen if you send a check without an associated
invoice/etc.  The trouble with this sort of deal is that it tends to be
so far out of normal process that the company manages to confuse itself
into not knowing how to take your money...
