Isn't the world a nasty place sometimes?
Heck, i'm an individual, and if I want to send
one of my old personal possessions to another
individual (a friend) they can damn well arrest me
and I'll make a big media hoo-ha about it. But i'm
not in the US and I realise that rules are not sacred.
