Still not cheap enough for normal hobbyist use. $US1500 to $US2500 for an "evaluation kit." A maximum of 4 kits per organisation are available at this price suggesting that real prices in low volume may be higher. Manual and many app notes available on site for download. Roughly interpreting specs it looks like overall adjusted errors of around 10 degrees per hour may be achievable. Maybe an error of a degree or two on the way to orbit :-).
