thank you for your answer!
I think the best solution is a 4060 which tell PIC when signal is lock. This
because PIC have to control "digital" tuning of the receiver, so I use it
only for that. I need PLL to know when an active satellite is trasmitting,
so I check an input PIN (out of PLL) to activate/deactivate recording.
